Choose a Worry Time

Choose the most convenient and productive time in the day for you to focus on your worries.

Choose a Worry Place

Once you’ve organized your worry time, 
decide where is the best place for you to worry.

Pick a place that you have access to everyday, 
most likely a space in your house, 
but not your bedroom.

Add your Worries

Whenever a worry pops up, contain your brain by adding your worry into the app.

You can add as little or as much detail as you like; do whatever works best for you. Highlight the ones you want to focus on the most.

Worry Time!

Now it’s time to worry when and where it suits you most!

Simply click on the worry you want to focus on & use the Contain Your Brain method to organise & address your worry effectively.

And don’t worry about your worries, they are all safely stored directly on your phone and can only be securely accessed by you.

As there are no account sign-ups with Contain Your Brain, you don't need to worry about a server data hack exposing your details. Just download the app and use it!

Secure, locked access

The app can only be accessed by you using either face recognition, fingerprint scan, or passcode entry.

All data is stored directly on your phone

Your worries are private and personal. They are stored securely on your phone. Nowhere else.
